stock market "gambler" hired by online poker room

Nick Leeson, the trader who notoriously lost $100m on the Singapore foreign exchange in one day, has been hired as a celebrity host by celebpoker.com, a new online poker room. They hired him to host online games because of his "reputation as the world's biggest gambler with a knack for losing money". Link

I guess I should try to blow my own hedge fund out...my God how idiotic. If there's one thing that poker and trading have in common it's the need for self-discipline and objectivity. I've seen a thousand guys like Nick across the table (in the markets as well) whose need to be right is greater than their desire to win.
