The Miami Herald ran an article on the effects of the new, "higher-limit" poker law that passed earlier this year in Florida and allows games up to $1-2. Link
Hi: I just recently found out that the law had changed , I belive that the antiquated law was that there could be no more that $12.oo in the pot at any one time. Could you please send me a copy of the new law. I am thinking of moving back to the South. Tired of these winters in Pennslyvania. I was a Florida business man and when I sold my business I moved back to PA. I was think of going to Biloxi. If Florida Has indeed changed its laws to a Hire limit poker I would perfer to move back to florida. Thank You for any information you could give me. Sincere, Joseph A. Sparano
