poker face review

There's another review of Poker Face, this one from the Star Tribune and a little more negative than some past reviews. The basic criticism:

On page after page, Lederer elegantly phrases the complexities her childhood self could only take in raw. [...] But as the memoir approaches the present, Lederer's introspection doesn't deepen or grow more critical. We worry about the pitfalls her slight compulsions may lead her toward, but somewhat disappointingly, this narrative strand unravels.

Update: Poker Face continues to climb the charts. It is currently #4 on the Vegas Bestsellers list.
