Investigators are looking into allegations that children at a 4-H camp in Franklin County may have been forced into fistfights by camp counselors who charged $1 admission and placed bets on the young fighters.

You don't get it, the kids were forced to fight and the kid who finally talked was knocked out and had a concussion. They had no choice, the counselors are sick and should be sent to prison where they will get a chance to be abused without a choice while everyone watches.
