I'm really suspicious that this is an April Fool's day joke, but so far have found no confirmation of such. The Swazis love a good joke -- all their members of parliament were told on March 31 there had been a massive parliament reshuffle and all of them were given new assignments, which turned out to be a huge governmental prank.
