It blows my mind that people could be so ignorant of the greatest decision (and money) making game in the world. Look at the photo linked to below. Note some of the quotes:

Jeremy, are you one of those left-brain types that misapplys your superpowers obsessing over games of chance? Long before I reorganized my brain, I was a freshman math major at a large, public university. I fondly remember rush week. Each house had a casino night one night, and it seemed that I must have been the only guy who thought to apply knowledge of probability to Blackjack and other casino games, cause the brothers would be all, "Damn, how do you win so much? I'll bet you'll improve the house GPA!" That alone was enough to convince me Greek life wasn't for me.

heh... nice read there. I don't know if I'd say obsess, or superpowers, and I generally don't waste time analyzing casino table games, but certainly all forms of poker, rock-scissors-paper, odds-and-evens, mid-game sports trading, and fantasy football are my analytical interests in gambling.

Although I've fantasized about it in the past, I'm not in much danger of becoming a professional gambler, it really is just too much work for the return.

My favorite gambling discussions are those that revolve around "but you *have* to bet black - red came up ten times in a row!!" or "don't come in mid-shoe, you messed up the rhythm..."
